Damn you, saké!

So I was asking my husband what my next blog post should be about. His contribution is as follows:

Sex with women (don't most men think about this?)
YOU having sex with women (I've not had sex with a woman, just his fantasy... and.... nevermind)
Work! Oh wait, you don't want to get dooced. (yeah, work sucks. I'm a corporate whore, what can I say? I want to keep my job)
Skirts and boots (my outfit today)
Rock and Roll! Chicken Payback (see this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sN48kxZut98 for that)
Damn you saké You betrayed me! (he's had 3 glasses of saké tonight)

And so it goes. I've not got much to add today. Work is kicking my ass. I'm addicted to blogging, and those I meet through blogging.

Cheers!

My name is Lisa, and I've been blogging for 55 days. Some days are better than others. Welcome.

I have a crush on every single one of you who responded to this post, thank you!

Wry- dude, it was totally the sake. I can't stand the stuff, but whatevah...

la- J has a sketch blog, and is wanting to do another blog where it's like a comic strip but based on his life. I think it's a great idea, but we'll see if it comes to pass.

Pete- blogblogblogblog

AzEx- it all starts with blogging on a break, and before you know it, you've been blogging for 8 hours. And you realize your company pays you a lot of money to blog. Life is good! :)

Eric- I didn't meet you via blogging, but I've certainly gotten to know you better. I'm absolutely addicted to both you and La! When do I get to see you guys again, in 2 weeks? That's too long!

Lisa- Nice to meet you! :) I hear ya, sister!

who cares what sake tastes like--you don't drink it for the taste!

(What does it taste like? I've never gotten up the guts to order it.)

I've been blogging for 2.5 years, and I'm still addicted. One of these days, I'll print everything out and psychoanalyze myself. Of course, now that I've said that, I'll self-censor so that I won't look too neurotic to myself.

Also, if you want to create a blogroll, go into your template and mimic the html for the links they've already put in (google news, for example). That's how I done it when I started linking to other people.

from the ashes- I can usually forgive a bad taste of alcohol for the effects, but I'm not able to do that with Sake. I'm not sure how to describe the taste. And truth be told, Mr. B actually likes the taste. More power to him, it's supposed to be fantastic with Sushi.

Randy- you were so totally blogging before blogging was cool. Seriously though, your blog is one of the first that I ever kept up with regularly, I love reading about your boys. It's been fascinating to read about the recovery efforts of New Orleans as well.

And hey-- show off! Way to get all smart with me. I know, I can get my computer geek husband to show me how to do that stuff, I just haven't had the real desire or energy to do so.
